- Any other services not specifically mentioned in the inclusions
Terms & Conditions
- The above given package details is an offer and not a confirmation. The Pricing provided for the package is for the specified dates and valid for a specific period of time.
- We shall proceed with the bookings only after we receive your advance payment as confirmation.
- In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you an alternate option. If the options don’t match your expectation, you will be able to cancel the plan and request for the refund.
- In Munnar, Thekkady, Ooty, Kodaikanal, Wayanad, Coorg Rooms may not have Ac since these regions are hill stations. Kindly let our travel expert know your preference.
- The Resorts and destinations put forward from our side will always be open for suggestions and changes before booking, as once the booking has been made or at the time of travel the change in hotels or destination is not possible or might incur additional charges.
- In Deluxe Ac Houseboat Ac is operational only from night 9 pm to Morning 6 am. If you require Ac while in the deluxe houseboat will incur additional charges.
- The Honeymoon Inclusions offering in the Houseboat is purely a simple complimentary add on from our side, which is not subject to any refund if it is unable to provide due to any last-minute issue, or any dissatisfaction from the customer’s end.
- Houseboats can’t be compared to any hotel rooms. It just a backwater experience for leisure, as the rooms in houseboat are small in size there will be only mattress provided as extra bed in the houseboat.
- Most Budget category hotels provide mattress only as extra bed.
- Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner or extra adult or kid above 5 year which is not included in the package had to be paid directly by the guest as per hotel policy.
- All personal extras such as laundry, room service, alcohol, mini bar, telephone bills etc. will be on direct payment basis by the traveler to the service provider.
- Balance payment should be made on or before arrival (Cheque & Demand Draft payment is not accepted).
- The packages (domestic) including cab will be on time basis (08.00am to 06.30pm) on every other day except on arrival day pick up can be arranged from 06.00am onwards and on last day drop can be managed till 07.00pm. Additional hours will be chargeable directly to the driver.
- We shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property, or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services, resulting – directly or indirectly – from any act of GOD, dangers, fire, accident, breakdown in machinery or equipment, breakdown of transport, wars, civil disturbances, strikes, riots, thefts, pilferages, epidemics, medical or custom department regulations, defaults, or any other causes beyond our control.
- Additional 3.5 % payment gateway charges will be applied for payment transactions done through credit and debit cards.
- In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements and expenses incurred due to the same are not included in the package.
- The standard check-in time to the Hotels/Resorts is 02.00 pm and Check-out is about 11.00 am Morning. Early check in and late checkout would incur additional charges
- The package cost published in our website is the least expected cost of the year. The rate may vary as per you travel date or seasonal traffics.
