- Additional sightseeing or extra usage of vehicle, other than mentioned in the itinerary will be charged extra. Single Pickup &Departure is included in the cost. Multiple arrivals and departures will be charges extra
- Camera fees, Guide / tour escort charges & Entrance Fees at monuments, parks, musuems, gardens etc
- Any cost arising due to natural calamities like, landslides, road blockage, political disturbances, etc. (to be borne by the client, which is directly payable on the spot)
- Any increase in taxes or fuel price, leading to increase in cost on surface transportation &land arrangements, which may come into effectprior to departur
- NOTE : Kindlynote thatadditional Christmas / New YearGala dinnercharges are mandatory to be paid at the time of the booking & it is not included in thepackage
- Anything not mentioned in the inclusions is excluded.

- In case of non-availability of rooms in the specified hotels, we will inform you the same and will give you different options of hotels and rate will increase or decrease depending upon the hotel selection. In case you are not satisfied with the alternate option, the advance paid will be refunded.
- Your accommodation is selected as per your preference and budget.
- We do not have any hidden charges
- The above rates are valid for the mentioned period only.
- Any extra bed, breakfast, lunch, dinner or extra adult or kid above 5 year which is not included in the Hyderabad package had to be paid directly by guests as per hotel policy.
- Balance payment should be made before arrival. Cut off date would be provided (Cheque & Demand Draft payment is not accepted).
- 2.5 % card charges for online booking and the balance payment.
- In case of any unexpected bandh or strike, we will make alternative arrangements and expenses incurred due to the same is not included in this Hyderabad package.
- Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and the hotel may charge extra for the same.
- The Hyderabad Tour Package cost published on the website is the least expected cost of the year, the price can vary with respect to the seasonal traffic of your travel date.
