Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
- Cancellation charges depend on:
- Time of cancellation
- Airline / hotel / vendor policies
- Type of package booked
Refund Policy
- Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable, as per vendor terms.
- Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.
Mode of Refund
- Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
- Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
