Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or WhatsApp.
  • Cancellation charges depend on:
    • Time of cancellation
    • Airline / hotel / vendor policies
    • Type of package booked

Refund Policy

  • Eligible refunds will be processed after deducting applicable cancellation charges.
  • Some bookings may be non-refundable, as per vendor terms.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after confirmation.

Mode of Refund

  • Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment only.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on banks or payment providers.
